As of 1st March, the new Maxa Group website will go live - www.maxa-group.com. You will need to go to the 'My Account' section and reset your password by clicking on 'Forgot Password'.
What do I need to do if I am an existing Trailparts Ltd customer?
1. Check if you have ATE UK Ltd set up in your system. If so, rename it to Maxa Trading UK Ltd (Company Number 07569911) as of 1st March 2025. If not, set up a new account in your system named Maxa Trading UK Ltd.
2. Place all orders through the Maxa Trading UK Ltd account as of 1st March 2025. Your account will be set to mirror your existing terms with Trailparts.
What will my pricing be with Maxa Group?
Please call the office on 0330 024 4134, and the sales team will update you with the latest pricing. Alternatively, log in to your account on www.maxa-group.com for your latest pricing.
Can I still use the old Trailparts or ATE part numbers?
Maxa Group will operate from a new part number system. However, the old part numbers from ATE and Trailparts will still be findable on the website and within our order processing system.
How can I get hold of a new Maxa Group catalogue?
Catalogues will be distributed by your Regional Account Manager. If you do not receive yours, please contact us and we will ensure you promptly receive one. In the meantime, you can log in to the website at www.maxa-group.com.

Please note that, Thursday, the 27th of February, will be our last day of dispatch before the transition. While we will still be open and operating as normal on Friday, the 28th, we will not be dispatching any goods. Our next dispatch day will be Monday, the 3rd of March.
